Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within the United State via  USPS.

If you wish to request another carrier, we will submit you the new shipping charges.

A person must be available at all addresses to sign for the package.

 

For shipping outside the United States, please contact us for shipping information.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a seven 7-day money-back guarantee so that you can look at the art in place in your home. If you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within seven 7 days of receipt and we will issue you an exchange or a refund. The artwork must be in original condition; we do not accept refunds for products showing any signs of wear or damage. There are no returns on special orders or commissioned artwork. Art must be returned in its original packaging.

 

HOW TO HANDLE A RETURN

Within seven 7 days of receipt, please contact us by email Shop@IXOU2.com or call 3058148158 to speak to customer service.

 

Please save the original packaging to repackage the art for shipment. The package must be returned to us within seven 7 days of receiving the order.

 

Art that is returned damaged will not be refunded. The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.

 

We advise you to opt for a ‘signature required’ for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.

 

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue you a refund in the same manner in which payment was made. Please allow up to seven business days upon our receipt of the returned item for this process to take place.
 

 

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED ARTWORK

If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours at Shop@IXOU2.com or call us at 305 8148158. and do the following:

 

ARTWORK PACKAGE

Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items for 7 days in order to process the return claim.

Please take a digital photo of the art and the shipping container/box it arrived in, then send the photos in an email to Shop@IXOU2.com  no later than 7 days from receipt of the merchandise. 

 

We will get back to you in 2 business days to discuss the next steps.
